I am curious about the Heb engine cover "Scoop" or the raised ridge down the center that covers the licence light.

I would like to collect info about the length of the scoop (or height above the bottom of the engine cover and also the width of the scoops at the bottom at the license light and also the aufbau number and date built of the car each scoop is on if that is known. I am curious if the length or width of the scoop can tell anything about the position of a car in the series.

Also regarding the licence light. Is there normally a regular split type popes nose under the scoop?
