Does anyone know how to repair this kind of damage without a donor car?

The best you can do is taking an original section of a beetles til 1972.
There are enough rusted troug beetles where this part is still good.
I see yours is a 1966 1300?

It's a 1967 1500. I hoped somebody had an address where I could buy a new replacement part. But I guess their not available.
