does any one know what i can do to get rid of the aluminum trim around my window in the doors,cause the standard modle isnt ment to have it, is it?

Hi,
You can just take them out, complete with the rubber window scrapers and buy another pair of the inner scrapers, which you swap round for the outside.

It shouldn't be too bad.
You need to drop the glass down, take the felt channel out then probably the quarter-light division as well to get the frame out.

Perhaps even then quarter light as well!
