Morning all!

Only 4 weeks to go to the show and it's shaping up to be a corker! We now have 8 bands playing the main stage and split-screen camper stage over the 2 1/2 days including VW show favourites; Druids Brew, The Rocker Covers and Smiley Dragons. Additionally we've recently enlisted 'No More Durty Water' who will be playing some chilled out tunes during the day from their Durty 45 Bus.

Raffle tickets are also on sale with a chance to win the first price of a surfing trip to Morrocco for 2 people!

We still have some space left in Club-Camping and our display area, so please get in touch if you are interested.

Did anyone go to this? We went along in the '72 and put it in the show and shine. Sadly though, there was a very poor turnout, very few cars, a few more buses, and absolutely no traders with anything VW related. A bit like a village fete really.

I guess the weather had a lot to do with it, it came on to rain very hard this morning just after we had parked up. It's a shame though, because a lot of effort had been put into it, with good organisation and faciities and a great location.

I hope they managed to raise some money for their cause and didn't make a loss.

Popped along to Rich's on the way home though to take a look at his 'new' '57 cabriolet. So it wasn't an entirely wasted day!
