leaving Sussex at Silly O'Clock on Friday morning and hoping to intercept the BBT cruise en-route.

It's going to be a long day behind the wheel of the oval, but she's not been back to Germany since 1957 so I think she's quite excited about it...

Sadly, it looks as though I shan't be going now as my co-driver is ill. I don't fancy making the journey in the oval on my own, it's not so much fun dealing with problems that arise when you're on your own.

But best of luck to all that do go, I hope you have a great weekend, the weather treats you well and you post up lots of pictures on here so that those of us that couldn't make it get to see what we missed.

Hi Rob,

Nice pic, can we have a Heb vs pre Oct '52 Karmann count up please.

Also saw some pics on the samba earlier, one of a blue early 356 with a Wolfsburg plate, any chance of some extra pics of that car :thumbup:

Weather is reminding me of 4 years ago, hope its better tomorrow for ya.

It was a loooong trip home - and sad, because Camberg was over !! Let`s plan Lavenham !! :beer:
