I have what i believe to be a stock 30 pict-3? It's brand new.

It wouldn't idle at all when i first bought it, it just would start up and quit. through extreme adjustment i got it to idle just fine, and drive okay... BUT,
if I put stress on the engine below 2000rpm, it chokes up and sputters and what-not. This stress is oft times just normal driving.

Is it the accelerator pump? no matter how i adjust the airs and stuff, it still does this cough and sputter at lower rpms, which is very annoying... while it does this, the car has no power and kind of has the same feeling as when it runs out of gas while in first gear.

it's a new carb, and there are no vacuum leaks.

It also idles too high and i have no way to lower it. the air adjustments aren't doing anything and the screw on the arm is actually MISSING, so it's going all the way down.

Weirdest thing i've ever seen.
