Hey less of me an more of Rattletrap and beetles. This ad circa 1968 metions near the end a certain Mr T Levy and his high milaege motor. According to Ratttletraps Log book Tony lived at Abbotsbury Gardns around 1965-9
Yet more pointless restrictions on a group of vehicles that probably make up less than 0.001% of London traffic. Banning such a small percentage of vehicles that don't conform to emissions conventions is nothing more that mindless.
