I have been searching the net, looking to see if anyone sells white band crossply tyres? they were fitted to my car from the dealer. anyone know of some for sale? not looking for radials

ah, well i may have to go to radials then, as i really wanted the narrow bands :cry:

the only other option is to buy some plain crossplys and get mr whitewall to cut the bands in for me. last resort :?

Just go to north hants tyres & do a search for crossplys, also if you go Mr whitewalls route remember if you have brand new tyres then you will need to have @ least 3k miles on them before you whitewall them as the paint will react with the oil in the tyre & turn brown 😞 trust me ive seen this happen alot

Places in Germany will bond rubber flaps or bands onto the tyre, but again, it´s not cheap and you need new tyres to start with.
