Before all this work on the outside of the car we cleaned all the interior as shown in the pictures

Next Saturday we´re going to use the sandblaster to clean all the area of the heater channels and the chassis frame

it looks very bad but fortantly is just superficial rust, no holes :wink:

the front had a collision, damaging the suspension in about 2,5cm, but by our measurements the frame is strait. We already bought another 1960 suspension to replace it.

More work from today.

We started to remove the remaining floorpan and changed the gearbox, so we can clean it.

Today we just had time to work for a couple of hours, but it came out a good job :wink:

Tomorrow we're going to finish the chassis and gearbox and paint with primer.

After a long time without any work done in the car, we are back, at least a couple of hours a week :roll:
The floor pans arrived and need a lot of ajustments for the details to be as the old ones...

We're sending to a shop these old rims, they are going to be as new.
