Today we spent a few hours just fitting the floor pans in place, next week we will weld everything together.

#$&%hit quality material, nothing is correct...

had to unweld a few parts so it would fit in place :?

the battery "suport" is going to be changed as well and a few more details.

Body back in before any welding, so all the holes are correct

next week we will clean the chassis tunel to finish all the welding,

More work from yesterday,not much but still had time to clean up the metal, so that next week we can weld all the sheet metal.

Last Saturday we had some hours to work on the '60, started to weld the floopans.
Pardon the bad welding, but it was my first time with a MIG :wink:

Me and my friend Gui, realized that if it was today, we would only cut the needed parts from the new floorpans, to fix the original ones and not has we did. But we all learn with our own mistakes :roll:

Unfortantly we haven't had much time on the '60,

the only work done was finishing some welding and removing the seat guides from the new floopans to apply the old ones.

Today we had some problems with the sand blaster and that took us a big part of the day to get it fixed.
Still had time to clean a bit of the chassis and the seat rails and aplied some primer.

During this week we will finish cleaning the chassis and paint the first coat of black.
