The forum was taken down last night following a thread that descended into what can only be described as an online fight. I can't begin to tell you how disheartening this is after spending so much time building the site, it really made me question why I bother. It is also extremely damaging to the site as it puts people off joining or taking part.

People have different opinions, that's what makes forums interesting - if everyone agreed all the time then what would be the point? However, I really have no interest in being the policeman for people who can't control their keyboard.

So the forum is back online, a lot has been deleted and my enthusiasm has been dented.

As Anna says above Rob, your dedication to this site does not go unnoticed.

Pre67 is a great site with really good thread's, contributors and data on it and I look forward to reading the latest every day and enjoy the banter.

I'm sure those naughty boys didn't mean to "go public" with their comments but don't take it too heart as life's too short for all that.

BTW - tks for the shirt. :beer: It will shortly be winging it's way here so you'll see a photo of pre67vw in the Middle East soon! :wink:

Wondered what was going on ,its the stuff of nightmares ,Just the thought of it encites fear and palpertations.I am totally amazed at the use of that test card which should have been banned years ago, Bubbles the Evil clown and that mad staring girl is enough to encite phobia in anyone :twisted:











Oh and good to see everthing back on line .
