Does anyone have a set of rust free (or almost rust free)_headlight bucketsavailable for sale to suit my 59 RHD beetle? The adjusting screws are at the 9 and 12 o'clock positions.

Nope, but you are after the Bosch headlight buckets and not the Hella ones.
