I have been thinking would it be any benefit by fitting exhaust heat wrap to my 54 oval with judson supercharger. Would it reduce extra heat that radiates off the exhaust?

It might help, but you'll really want to buy a stainless exhaust to do this, as the tape apparently keeps in moisture and rots out mild steel double quick.
