I was wondering if there was a period correct mod for fitting dual circuit brakes on an Oval? What kind of reservoir etc. and where to locate it.

I've seen some use plastic Volvo reservoirs directly onto the master cylinder, seems an awkward place to check levels or top up so don't want to do that.

Any other suggestions?

I was wondering if you could use something like a modified Volvo item on the cylinder itself, sealed up with an inlet grafted onto it, and then have that connected to the original reservoir to fill up/check level with. Bay Type 2s have something similar IIRC, a little pot under the dash to top up and a bigger reservoir directly on the cylinder under the van, plugged into the two inlets.
