N/O/S ALRERT DOOR FINGER PLATES · International Vintage Volkswagen Forums

Good Afternoon
I have a set of N/O/S door finger plates and it came with screws! But looking at the screw in the plate it is going to sit proud of the plate

Is this the wrong type screw should it have flat bottom on the head? Or will it sort its self out once tightened down?

If it were me I would pop one of the dished chrome washer cups under the screw and don't over tighten.

Your plates dont have the ridges in them like mine. Are yours Albert plates?

Yes they are i have 3 different also with the ridges but the screws are all the same
