Hello,

did anyone know when vw changed the kabel from screw connection to plug-in connection?
When did this changed? In the late 50'or in the beginning 60`?
Was it maybe different to beetle and busses?

I believe it was '60 or '61, Rich Oakley will know for sure.

Now i have these informations:

it changed on beetles 01.08.1960 (# ?)
and busses 01.06.1960 (#614456)
