hi mate no it hasent been lowered ............

is this why it bounces all over the place........... i have seen shokers in the greman and swedish catalog there alot shorter. can thay only be used on lowered beems.............. or bcould i put them on my standard beem.......... wolud this stop it bouncing

If its not lowered then thats usually a good thing for ride quality, lowered cars that have the torsion adjusters tend to get a lot of bump steer unless they have caster shims in them. If your car is not lowered then I have no idea what would be causing it.
