Hi Guys/ girls

Just been trying to replace the petrol tap on my late 49 split bug.
The new one i got is 21mm but the old one looks like a 19mm

Can you tell me if 19mm thread on the tap is correct and where
I may get a replacement as my garage stinks!!

there are 4 different sizes of fuel taps for Beetles the one you want which runs from the start of creation to 1952 is part number 111 209 021, the later taps has the same part number but has the letter E on the end.
Sure VW Heritage near Brighton could get you one otherwise try the USA maybe Wolsburg West as they list them on line.
